How do I clear marks?
Open Privacy Center in the app, choose Clear Local Marks, then confirm. You can also clear Android app storage or uninstall.

Signal Harbor works entirely offline. It has no account to recover, no server-held data to request, and no in-app contact form.
Why does the app not connect?
This is intentional. The app declares no Internet permission and contains no remote service, analytics, advertising, or telemetry.
Can I report an incident here?
No. Signal Harbor does not accept or send reports. Use your organization’s authorized channel for an actual concern.
